Re: Batchdownload interface a bit messed up. (OSX)
Hi, Andre
I have tested batch downloader in OSX 10.4.x, with Safari 3.x, it seems good! but when changed to Firefox3.x, the buttons displayed incorrectly like you said.
I doubt may be its a issue or bug of Java Runtime, because most browsers in Windows or Linux work fine.
Any way, we will test it again and try to find a better solution.
Thanks

You may have a point there. I noticed that the latest OSX updates often have a java-update included so it could be possible that a future update solves the problem. If it does i'll let you know. :-)

Re: Batchdownload interface a bit messed up. (OSX)
We too have the same problem with the batch download. The JRE does run/prompt to run depending on the browser and the security settings but sometimes what happens is due to the wide range of clients connecting, they might not have permission to run the Java applet or install JRE. Isnt there any way for a non-java enabled browser to batch-download? One thing we noticed was if the user does not run the JRE the browser freezes and only closing it works.
Kindly include support for Resume option and directory download also in the web client in the next release.
Thanks.

Hi,nandagopalrvarma
You must install JRE1.5+ to run Batchdownload. If you don't install it, it can't be working correctly.
