Hi!
I have a wftpserver 4.0.3 perfectly running since 2013 and today Ipurchased Lifetime upgrade protection to v7.2.5.
The 4.0.3 version is running on a very old Debian 6 that I want to destroy and I want to install the 7.2.5 on Ubuntu 22 LTS.
I've downloaded the Linux release, but I cannot install on the Debian distro.
What can I do (after saving the data folder)?
Thanks for support
MimCris

Re: Upgrade procedure
OK, you may take the following steps:
1. Install the latest version 7.2.5 on the new server machine, and stop the WingFTP service first.
2. Copy the saved data folder to the new server (under WingFTP's installation folder).
3. Restart the WingFTP service on the new server, and register it under "Administration > Server > License".
