Not Sending Email

Good day !!!

There was a problem with setting up smtp mail ukr.net, after filling in the necessary data and clicking on the Testing connection button, the error Testing connection failed !!!

The server log contains the following information
[05] Tue, 08 Aug 2023 14:53:20 Mail to **********@ukr.net failed, connect to server error.

The domain logs indicated that WingFTP machine can't connect to the SMTP server or didn't get a 220 response from the SMTP server.
