Hi, I'm having some trouble with the new FTPRush. I currently have the max simul transfers per tab set to 4, and per site have 2 max (for 2 sites) and 4 max for another. Whenever a transfer fails or stalls and the ftp server returns an error, the transfer will just hang continuously say "Transferring.." with no progress (Not that it shows progress for FXP transfers anyways for some reason). No matter what I do, the transfer won't get out of the queue and it hogs up a simul transfer leaving only 1 other to transfer, and eventually the same thing happens again leaving me without any simul transfers available. The only way I could get it out of the queue was to restart Rush, which is not a good solution....

This is exactly what i get, it appears that if multiple files finish at about the same time, serveral of those threads attempt to start the next download (as any subsequent thread skips that file and goes to the next in the queue) but timeout and hang on starting the transfer.

Same here, I've got server timeout while checking CRC on large files (simultaneously). This cause frozen queue and impossibility to start it again (play/pause button does not do anything). The only solution is to restart FTPRush. This is very serious bug.

We are developing the new version now, fixing bugs and improving it.phonzie wrote:I was told this would be fixed weeks ago by live support staff, still no updates since October 21st...
And could you tell us what's your problem with it? you had better describe your problem more detailed, thanks!

Have you not read the first post? It's my thread...I also talked to your online 24/7 support which i'm sure you can find the record of. Don't tell me what I "had better" do, you had better read my post and/or chat logs. I've already given all the information possible to help you resolve it, the rest is your problem.FTP wrote:We are developing the new version now, fixing bugs and improving it, please wait for a couple of week.phonzie wrote:I was told this would be fixed weeks ago by live support staff, still no updates since October 21st...

The good news is the bug will be fixed in the next release.
