Hello
When I try to watch a video in MP4 format using the webclient for iphone, iphone says it is not possible to play in the media.
Anyone know how to solve for the iphone to play the video files (mov, mp4) directly by the webclient?
Thks

Hi,
We have tested them, .mp4 file can't be downloaded by Safari on iPhone, .mov file can be downloaded and played by Safari.
If you can't play mov, it indicates your movie file is incompatible with Safari, just change another one to test.

Hi,
I tested with both formats but could not. : (
Have you ever watched a video. Mov to iphone?
You could send me or show me what are the specifications that need to run video on iphone or ipad?

Of course yes, I have watched a trailer movie, so I said iPhone Safari can play mov file, but not all the mov files.
If you want to know which mov file can't be compatible, please google it, it is caused by iPhone Safari.
