Site login settings from version 2.0

I miss the site property settings Logins Total and Maximum Simulataneous Upload and Download from Version 2.0.

Can anybody explain why they are removed? I need this settings to work proper with FTPRush.

Total logins can be set in "site property" by version 2.1.1.

FTP Daemons like glftpd or drftpd have the function to set different simultaneous upload and download limits for each user.

The possibility to set this ftp account special features in FTPRush site properties is sometimes important if RushApp.FTP.Transfer is used.
