LDAP Wing FTP with exceptions?

Hi guys,
I just joined a new company and inherited Wing FTP and it works great!
I did have 2 questions for you all which hopefully you can help me with:
1. Can we connect our Wing FTP software to a domain controller via LDAP?
2. If the answer is "yes" to question 1, can we also have some exceptions on these and let people who are not within our domain to log in?
The reason why I am asking is because we do give access to SFTP folders on a constant basis to people who don't work here. We created them a user within the Wing FTP server, generate a password and give it to them along with a link.
