Wing FTP Software

Hi, my account is activation today

so now I want to log in to my FTP for uploading my files

then, I want to login with FileZilla and it says always :

Response: 530 login or Password incorrect.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to the server

But my password is correct, I copy the password also and paste inside, It doesn’t work, but if I login to the based File Manager there is no problem.

Can somebody help me to fix this problem?

It means your password is incorrect, if you mean Wing FTP Server, just change the user password under the administration.
