Wing FTP Software

Sorry, my english is bad.

I send files with Weblink

filename is »Angebot 3.pdf«
after the file has been downloaded by the customer
the filename is »Angebot+3%2Epdf.pdf«

what is wrong there?

I just tested with many web browsers, there is no such issue. So which web browser you used and which version of WingFTP?

Safari 11.1.1
Wing FTP server 5.1.0 (Windows Server 2012)

If I select the link in the mail, Safari opens and the download is wrong.

If I copy the link from the mail and paste in the browser, the download is fine.

no idea?
