Maximum speed of 30mb/s on both https and sftp

Hi
Im getting a maximum speed of about 30mb/s using ftps or https.
if i use other software on the server i max 110mb/s using single gigabit connection.
same thing on both windows and linux so im guessing its something to do withe wingftp server.
i have not enabled any limitations on the server.
