Wing FTP Software

I am trying to connect to at SFTP SITE using both CERTIFICATE and USERNAME and PASSWORD but it do not function. Are ther any restrictions in that direction.

Min Site are configured to deand both certificate and username password. The userbase are from Active Directory but the actuel user is based om alokaly creater udername.

It funtion OK by using the certificate alone end when using Username password alone.

Do you mean both SSH key authentication and password authentication? Please try the latest version 4.9.1, it could be compatible with most SFTP client software.

And if still no success, please paste the related server logs or client logs. And please also tell us which SFTP client you are using.
