Connection refused

Wing ftp server after several month of works today refuse the connection.
I get an error about there was no space left on device. I cleaned the disk, now there is free space but the wing ftp server did not run again.
I restarted the server (the computer also) but the server refuse the connection again.
I'm not able to fix the issue.
Please help me
