I see on the fortum th e way to recover my password by reinstall the software but when i try to reinstall i have tis error the follinw port is already in use ... i need to uninstall and reinstall but everytimes i do this i lost all my configuration and my user .. whta i do rong ?

Stop the WingFTP service first, you can right-click on the tray application.
