Is there an automated way to move my user and group details from XML to MySQL in the same Domain?

I've started out with the Authentication Setting set to XML, but I would like to switch to MySQL without the need of manually recreate all my users and groups again.

I think you can know what to do, just create a temporary domain, export all the user accounts to it, and then change the storage type in the current domain, and finally you can import all the users back from the temp domain.
