Wing FTP Software

I have Wing FTP Server installed on Server 2008 R2 and each time I log into the server I can see that the CPU usage for the WFTPTray.exe *32 process is at least 70% constantly, sometimes spiking to 100%.
I had been running version 4.3.5 and have upgraded to 4.5.6. Both versions have the same issue.
Any ideas?

So please restart the tray application, if you still can't solve such issue on your computer, please use the web browser to access the web admin instead, it is the same with the tray application.
