Changing the directory name from FTP client

When i am changing the name of a directory from the FTP client the necessary changes within the access lists (XML files) at WINGFTP is not done.

What do you mean? Do you want to change the user home directory via modifying the xml file directly? No, you can't modify the xml file directly, unless you stop the WingFTP service first.

NO - Thats not the case, i will try to explain a bit more
I have a user who har a HOME catalog where he have createt a lot of subdirectories. To one of these directory I have created a GROUP ACCESS FILTER setting special access rigths to other users. Then when the user change the name of the directory this change are not reflected within the GROUP ACCESS FILTER.

Of course "GROUP ACCESS FILTER" won't be changed automatically if you change the home directory name.

Why not ?. To me it would be the natural case, the access is bound to the catalog. Is it by dessing or will it be changed ?.
