Only able to upload 2Gig or smaller

Hi
I can only upload files that are 2 gig or less.
I tried it on IE,firefox,chrome on 6 different computers
both on 32 and 64 bit windows 8/8,1,windows 7
This i by the normal https upload in browser, i tried both
the standard upload mode and the other one.
If i use the standard and IE the file isn't even trying to upload, i can't even add it to the standard uploader
it simply resets itself if the file i greater then 2Gig
I rely need this fixt, we are using this to upload video files from phones and the films are almost always bigger then 2 gig
