Cannot change Listener settings

Hi. I just installed WIngFTP server on a new server as the previous server it was on went down.
Basically did the default installation, and changed the firewall settings to point to the new server's IP address and changed nothing else, assuming that the FTP server was working before the old server went down.
We cannot access the web client. Upon further checking, it turns out HTTP is not listening. There is a red x-mark on the HTTP. Tried to edit the listener under Domain> Settings> Listener but could not do any changes.
Also accidentally created a listener with the wrong port. It's X'd out but we wanted to delete it, but would not let us delete it.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
