Wing FTP Software

Hi,

We are running Wing FTP Server on a Windows 2008 Server core.

After a brute force shutdown, the administrator console isn't responding anymore. However, clients continue to have access without any problems.
According to the log, the administrator console is running (also verified with netstat -ao):

[01] Thu, 10 Jul 2014 14:18:21 Administration server starts listening on port 5466. IP 172.17.0.77,127.0.0.1,fe80::117b:d4a:8820:6786%3,::1
[01] Thu, 10 Jul 2014 14:52:01 Administration server starts listening on port 5466. IP 172.17.0.77,127.0.0.1,fe80::117b:d4a:8820:6786%3,::1

Server firewalls are off. The certificate is fine.
Fiddler shows no answer what soever for the GET.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Please test it in the local server machine.

There is no browser on the local server because it is a server core installation
