SFTP (SSH) Welcome Message

I can see there is an option to set a Welcome Message for FTP (Domains>Settings>FTP Messages).

Is there such option for SFTP (SSH) connections, as the above setting only works for normal FTP.
I need to show our SFTP users our FTP policy at login.

If I use a SFTP client (Filezilla) to connect to an SSH Deamon (not WFTP) I can get a banner, so protocol wise I think it should be possible to show a banner/message before login.
