Add FTP command SITE UTIME

I want to when uploading files to the server, date of creation of the original remained.
This team knows how to make SITE UTIME, unfortunately it does not support Wing FTP Server.

Thanks for your suggesting. WingFTP supports MDTM with the format:MDTM YYYYMMDDHHMMSS;filename
SITE UTIME is a not a standard command, so different product(both server and client) has its own implement. We need to take a carefully consider before we add this feature.
