Quota Limit reached, but dir is empty

Hello,

I have a problem: We have an user on wingftp with a quota limit of 500000KB. The user is getting the message quota limit reached and when I take a look at the admin gui it tells me the current limitation is also 500000KB.
But his directory on the file system is empty and there are no files in it and the dir has a size of 0 KB. Whats wrong?

Which version of WingFTP are you using? I think one possibility is: your customer uploaded 500000KB files, then you delete those files manually.

We are using version 3.8.0 its the first time this problem apperars and I don`t delete any files manually. Is it possible to update current limitation with a server restart or anything?

Yes, unless you changed "Current quota" manually.
