Uploading using AD credentials

Post by Ruckus »

Hi,

I'm part way through setting up the server, and have managed to get AD authentication working successfully, but I cannot upload anything when logging in using my AD credentials. I have set the LDAP to create a new folder using the login name for each user. The folder has not been created, and I cannot find where to add the file access for AD authenticated users.

Any help appreciated!!

Thanks

Do you use LDAP Authentication?
Please have a look on this help manual: http://www.wftpserver.com/help/ftpserve ... torage.htm -> LDAP Authentication

hi
I've the same problem like Ruckus
LDAP Authentication works fine but when I check "Create a folder under global home using the login name for each user"
I can't upload anything.
Wingftp return a "550 internal error" and the home user's folder has not been created

thanks for the help

Please make sure you have enabled the write permission, and the AD home directory has permission for creating subfolder.
