HTTP(S) iisues with IE Enhanced Secuirty

I'm having an issue downloading files from Windows Servers using https that have IE enhanced security settings enabled. Can you please advise on how to configure IE? When I turn off enhanced IE settings it works fine.

So please turn off the enhanced IE settings, because when it is on, some javascript component and flash component will be disable.
