Log to file not working

Hi
I'm using the new FTPrush free version to transfer a backup from Server A to server B over the internet every day.
I have scheduled a task in Windows that runs with administrator credentials, and have specified the task to run even if the user is not logged on.
The program runs fine. I can see activity in the process monitor, but the program does not appear on screen, probably because of the scheduled task running with specified credentials.
The problem here is that I get no logs in my log folder in c:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\FTPRush\Logs.
If I start the program normally, I get logs in that directory, but not when it is run from the scheduled task.
I really need som help with getting the logs working, because without the logs, I can't see what has transferred, and thus I have no log of the backup being OK.
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64bit
