Logical groups for user accounts

Is it possible to clasify user accounts into some logical groups (of course different than existing access groups) in domain administration?
If the username = companyname there is usualy no problem with user identification.
We create for some clients personal accounts on the schema firstname.lastname because of the security reasons. But in this case I don't see the personal user belongs to which customer. I have to open users settings to see directory or access group. I don't want to create usernames on schema company.firstname.lastname
What about to create some logical groups for some customers to keep their users together?
