Hi,

I'm very satisfied with the features of Wing FTP Server but lately I have had 2 times the problem that the Wing FTP service stops because of a 'unhandled win32 exception' .
Can I do something to trace the problem:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: VsJITDebugger
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4096
Date: 7/13/2010
Time: 5:18:00 PM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: SERVER1
Description:
An unhandled win32 exception occurred in WFTPServer.exe [944]. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: Debugger could not be started because no user is logged on.

Check the documentation index for 'Just-in-time debugging, errors' for more information.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Advice appreciated,

Which version of Wing FTP Server? Are you a paid user? And which OS type?

I'm a paid user (registration on T Solutions), OS is Win2003 server, Wing FTP is 3.5.2
I didn't happen any more, I will upgrade to 3.6.1 and wait if it happens once more...

Thanks,

I am sorry for that, hope new version 3.6.1 can solve your problem. Good luck!
