Server sets the wrong timestamp

Hello,

we are testing the Wing FTP Server and want to purchase about 5 "Wing FTP Server Secure Edition" licenses.
So far all funtions seem to work but we the problem that the Wing FTP Server sets the wrong timestamp while uploading files VIA SFTP (via FTP the timestamps are correct). We upload the files with the "Syncovery" software and have, for example, no problems with the same upload profil on the "Titan FTP Server".

So, is there a solution for this "bug"?
Otherwise we have to buy another (s)ftp server software...

Best regards,
BW-Acc

I guess it is related with your client software, anyway, you can try to check off the option "Domain > Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > File timestamp using GMT time“.

Checking off the mentioned option does not resolve the problem.
The same occurs with the "FileZilla FTP Client", too...so I don't think that it is a client problem.

So could you describe what is the right time stamp? And what you see in the FTP client?
Because there is no problem on my computer.

The "right timestap" would be the "modified time" that the windows explorer shows.
If we upload a file to the WingFTP Server this "modified time" changes to the "upload time"...the upload time is exact the time when a file has been transfered to the WingFTP Server.

Even the explorer on the server where the WingFTP Server has been installted shows then the "upload time" as "modified time".

OK, I see, because with current version, you can't change the last modify time of the uploaded file using SFTP, anyway, we will implement it in the next version.
