I am also having issues and have run these tests.

IE6,7 Firefox. Simple view = fail with error with any file size.

IE6,7 Firefox Standard View = Pass on files less than 2 GB, Fail on larger size

IE 8 = Pass on all file size.

Latest Flash installed.

FTP Clients programs (Cute FTP and Filezilla) work fine on all file size.

Windows FTP command prompt work fine on all file size.

About the 2GB issue, please check out the previous posts, it is browser's bug.

And about "IE6,7 Firefox. Simple view = fail with error with any file size.", did you upload files from local? could you try this on our demo server?

IE6,7 Firefox Simple and Standard View = Pass on files less than 2 GB, Fail on larger size

Permission issue on folder was the issue.

Did you upload files through standard mode(flash component) or simple mode(one file one upload)?
And what's your operating system?

Firefox 3.6.3

Uploading through simple mode, it works.
Uploading through standard mode, exception error (even if it is just one file).

IE8, works both modes.

OS: Windows 7 64bit

Thanks.

Hi,quantumjump

We found this issue too, thanks for your report! This issue may be due to the latest version of flash player, because old version had no problem.
And now we have fixed this problem, and the next release will include the fix.

Freeing all firefox? it sounds like client issue...(please switch to Simple Upload Mode to upload, check whether it was caused by Flash or Firefox )

Or you can upload your file into our demo server, it is running on Linux too.

BTW, we have tested it on most platforms and web browsers, no such issue found.

Hi,again

To make sure this issue is caused by Flash, you can do the same upload in this page: http://depositfiles.com/en/uploader_flash.html
