Activex Annoying Problem

Hi,
I have an annoying problem on one of my FTP servers running licensed Wing FTP Software. Everytime I move from one page to another in the wingFTP server Administrator window on the server I get ActiveX errors as follows:
1) Do you want to Allow software such as ActivX controls and plug-ins to run?
2) A script is accessing some software (an ActiveX control) on this page which has been marked safe for scripting. Do you want to allow this?
I have tried to play with the security settings on the installed Internet Explorer for ActiveX controls but to no avail. This also happens only on one server ( I have it installed on 2 separate servers). It gives me the idea that it is a setting but cannot figure out which. Can you please help?
