Your issue is just a bug in our software, and we have corrected it in the version 3.3.4, please update it.

What's your problem? new version is better than old version I think.

I just need to make sure as I have many clients using FTP and many services are dependent on it. I also have scripts written for it and if a bug occurs I need to be able to switch back very quickly. As an ISP, we do not afford any downtime so if something happens we will need to revert back and fast.

Thanks

Hi,

I have successfully updated the FTP software and it looks great! Thanks for fixing this problem and adding the quota bar for the clients.

I just found one small thing that I am not liking. When a folder is uploaded (via ftp port 21), the size of the folder is not seen on the webclient. Although the quota bar updates correctly, the total size in the 'Now Directory' does not. I did not try to upload a folder via webclient.

This may cause confusion for some of our clients and it would be great if it could be fixed.

Thanks again for all your help

Sorry, we can't add this feature, it will take you too much time to calculate the folder size if there are lots of files in that folder. So from technical point, we can't do this, like most of all the ftp clients, them won't show the folder size.
If the word "total size" confused you, just change it into other word.
