Problem with Creating a Domain

Hi

I am trying to create a domain and a user to connact to an FTP server. The problem I seem to be having is that I cannot seem to bind the ip address to the servers ip address. When I try this an error comes up stating Create Domain Failed.

When I use the * for all, it does accept it but when I try to enter the FTP, with the user credentials entered after the domain creation, from another PC it never enters. I have done this with another FTP server before and it worked perfectly. Is there something I am missing?

I have just found that when I change the port number for the ftp from 21 to 100, the ftp works.

do you know how to force the server to use port 21 only for wing ftp server?

Thanks

I found the problem. I found that IIS was using the ftp port number 21. I removed the ftp service from IIS and all is now working well.
