How can we block downloading from FTP Server

HI,

How can we block downloading from FTP Server(Ver2.3.0) for multiple users. We wants that some users can upload the data but can't download.

[FTP]

First, I suggest you upgrade to Wing FTP Server 3.x. It is more powerful than WinFTP 2.3.
And you just need to change home directory's permission, check off the option "Read", check on the option "Write".
