Popup for license expire is coming regularly

I need assistance on pop appear " Upgrade protection has been expired" multiple time when I have login in the wing ftp page as We have lifetime sight license for wingftp but randomly prompting , what could be the cause please suggest

"Your upgrade Protection has been expired, you may purchase extra upgrade protection"
