Backing Up User Data

Hello.

I am new to Wing FTP. I read the knlowedgebase article on how to backup-up domain setting and user accounts. I have done this and have noticed that it does not copy over any files the user may have in their directory. How would I accomplish that?

Do you mean copy user files? like copy entire folder "d:/"?
The knowledgebase article just indicates how to backup user setting files. If you want to copy the whole data, just copy your local folders or files.
