Dear support,

for some time, there is an error when we try to connect to our wingftp server by ssh (client is ubuntu 16.04 LTS).

The client message will be as follows:
PTY allocation request failed on channel 0
shell request failed on channel 0

We use Wing FTP Server v4.9.1 for Linux 64-bit (wftp_default_ssh.key).

By ssh? You should use the command sftp like this: sftp Username@YourServerIP
