FTP Server Settings Restore

Good Day,
I have done some changes in Cipher Suite and I need to revert these Settings. FTP Server is working fine but I couldnt edit these settings any more. I have the previous setting file but it seems values are stored in MySQL DB as they are updated automatically when I restart the FTP Service. Please advise.
