Hello,

I have a lot of errors on our Wing FTP Server which cause the failure of the windows service.
Errors are the same for each listening port:
An error arose on x port (error code:995)

We are using https, ssh and sftp on our server.
I have applied the registry keys mentionned in an old post but i still get the problem.

Could you help me to resolve it?

Please ignore such error message if it did not effect the FTP service, this error code means "The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.", normally won't effect the FTP/SFTP/HTTP service.

Hello,

We currently have 2 problems on our WingFTP Server.
Problem 1: Once a mounth, the WingFTP Service go down and we have to restart it manually.
Problem 2: We are putting files throught SFTP command lines on our FTP Server.
Once a week, we received the message that we cannot put files on the server. The only error we have when we cannot put files is error code: 995

I thought that both problems were coming from this error code 995.
If notr, what could be the problem?

The google search result:

Windows Error number 995 (ERROR_OPERATION_ABORTED) indicates that an async I/O operation was cancelled. Besides normal I/O cancellation, windows automatically cancels any pending I/O requests when the I/O issuing thread exists.

So I suggest you use the single thread mode, you can set the option "Server > Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > Working threads number" into "1", then restart the WingFTP service.

Change done but we still have error code 995 with only one thread.
What should be the next step?

Please upgrade to the latest version 4.7.6 first, if such issue still exists, please paste the related server logs around the error code 995.
