Putty Keypair Usage for User Account

I found the Putty key usage topic titled "How to use SSH public key?", but that's not what I'm looking for. I'd like to have a user authenticate with a user/pwd combo + present our public key issued from Puttygen. Is there a way to specify the private key in the user's profile (not the domain) within WingFTP so when they authenticate, the public key is presented to the server and matched against the private key in their profile? If that is doable, how to accomplish the setup in WingFTP. I'm familiar with key generations using the puttygen product.

Yes, that KB article already told you how to do, the SSH private key needs to be input in the client side, not the server side.
