Wing FTP in DMZ

I am evaluating Wing FTP to replace our existing server, so for now, we are using the evaluation license.

We have the server located in a DMZ, with an private IP address (192.168.10.30). Our internal users (10.x.x.x) need to access the system as well as outside clients. We use a Cisco ASA firewall.

Users from outside can access the server via FTP or HTTP just fine. Internal users can only access the server via HTTP - - FTP does not work for some reason. Internal users with a command-line FTP client can log in, but after issuing an ls command, the connection times out. Similarly, using Internet Explorer as the FTP client, internal users can log in, and then IE presents "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

How can we fix this?

Thanks,
Mark

Yes, it seems a problem with your internal router/firewall, when you are running FTP server, you must enable a FTP Pasv ports range, and please make sure your router will forward it correctly.
