Error message & file association

1. I created a user with all File-directory rights. When I try to upload a file using the standard mode I get this error below, If I use the simple mode it works fine.

"Some exception occurred when uploading file, maybe you have no upload permission or file was restricted"

2. When I log in as a user and see all the files in the list in my ftp directory for instance PDF’s and Doc files they are recognized and have associations with their respective logos to the left of the file name, however if I have a Docx (Office 2007 extensions) file it does not recognize that. Any way to fix this

using latest FireFox and IE 8. same error

Hi,

Let me answer your questions,
1. Does every file trigger this error? or a special file? And what's your web browser?
2. You can add your favorite file extension by yourself, it is very simple. Modify the file "webclient/include/common.js" on line 13, add your extension like others.
