Cant turn on Listeners in domains 2 and 3

Hello,
Probably a newbie issues.... sorry if it is.
I have my first domain working fine... for just regular ftp on port 21.
I also created 2 more domains also wanting to use FTP port 21 but I can not seem to get the listeners to show my the green check.. all i get is the red X in those domains (domain -setting-listeners)

Any thoughts? I am running Win XP on registered code....

One unique port can be only listened on one domain. so please change your port number on your domain 2/3.
