You had better have a look on the top post first, it already includes an answer for your question:
The FXP protocol is just site to site, it doesn't provide any means of measurement. So in version 1.x, frankly, its a fake speed, the first file of queue has no speed info, and from the second file, it will estimate the transfer speed by first one, when you change your ftp server's speed limitation or network speed rises or falls, then the speed info will be wrong(fake). One more thing is: FTP Rush 2.x allows different site to site transfers in the same queue, so it is impossible to estimate.

I completely disagree, the speed is just as accurate as any other speed measurement! The only difference is that the sample period is longer, as it has to wait for an entire file to transfer, before it has a speed measurement.

Calulcating how long the entire queue will take, and showing a estimated progress bar is very useful for these types of transfers, as well as transfers to/from your harddrive

I might add that the new transfer icon for FXP is off also. It's a picture of up/down, which would indicate that there are multiple threads running both up and down.. The previous solution with a directional arrow is much more accurate.
