Highly dissapointed with this product so far

Hello,

It is me again. I have been testing FTPRush ever since and properly testing current version as well. After few weeks using this version, I am highly dissapointed! There are so many issues that it is almost unusable! Are you guys serious? How could you even release this piece of crap without intensive testing??? Please note all these issues are easily reproducible in any environment. Namely:

1/ Simultaneous transfers are completely unusable (see my previous topics)
a/ SFV checking fails on large files - does not delete ruschck.log and INCOMPLETE dir
b/ I am pretty sure it corrupted my NTFS file system once ("Delayed NTFS Write Failed": Windows was unable to save all the data for the file. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere." - this started during simultaneous transfers, after I turned it off, it was OK again. No, it is not hardware issue, I checked the whole hard drive and it is fine).
2/ Failed transfers do not dissapear from the queue (and cannot be deleted), during this time, play/pause button does not re-start failed transfer and pretty much does not work at all
3/ One queue with downloads/uploads to/from more then one server does not work - it finishes transfer from one server, but queue is stuck and does not start transfer(s) to next servers
4/ When server times out, queue does not continue transfers whatsoever, only solution is to kill and restart FTPRush
5/ Sometimes windows/tabs cannot be closed (Ctrl+W) even thou there is no queue or transfer (it is grayed out)
6/ Downloading directories with large amount of subfolders sometimes skips few of the subfolders and does not say anything about it!
7/ "On transfer complete" - "Disconnect and Exit FTP Rush" sometimes does not exit FTPRush, but keeps window open and I can see remote dirs/files even thou it is already disconnected (of course I cannot browse). Only solution is to restart FTPRush.
8/ Resizing Name/Progress/Speed/Transferred/Size/Source path/Target path/Remark columns sometimes sorts by that column as well
9/ Queue estimated time is totally wrong (1x 5MB file will take 08hrs 05min 57sec to download at 500kB/s speed?)

Basically nothing is working right and I only mentioned very small amount of bugs. There are lot more.
Just friendly reminder - I am also working for the software company and If we would release something like this, I would be immediately fired.

I hope it will help you improve your product.

Hi,luckylittle

Your post criticizes us without any mercy.

OK, first we admit the new version 2.x has many bugs, the main reason of bugs is due to the simultaneous transfer feature. We know it is little buggy, but we are in a continual process of improving FTP Rush 2.x, fixing bugs. Could you see our improvement? If you find any bugs, you can email us or post them in the forum, then we will be happy to check them and fix them. But if you use some words like "Highly dissapointed" or "almost unusable" in the post, we will feel our hard work is valueless (you know, simultaneous transfer feature is a big but thankless task). Anyway, we will check all those bugs, and we hope we can get your encouragement, then we will keep developing this Free FTP Rush project happily.

Best Regards,

Don't get me wrong, but I think this is more alpha/beta version then stable. You say most of the problems are coming from simultaneous transfers, but it is not true. I already disabled simultaneous transfers after few days of testing it and problems still remains until nowadays. And I am not the only one who has this experience - most of my buddies downgraded to previous versions and/or are using different product.
I can see this product best FTP client ever, but after you fix those serious issues. I wish you good luck, keep doing hard work.
